Data Storage

We need the personal data provided by you for the performance of the contract, invoicing, assertion of contractual claims and for customer service purposes. The data provided by you will be collected, stored, processed and used exclusively for internal purposes.

We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so, with the exception of the transfer of financial data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.

We process the personal data provided by you to the extent necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation through processing to the termination of a contract) as well as beyond that in accordance with the legal obligations of storage and documentation, which arise, among other things, from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Tax Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute, continuous warranty and guarantee periods, etc. Emails are sent unencrypted.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of ยง 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website stores no permanent cookies.

Session cookies are used once you are logged on for the duration of your session.

Server Log Files

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of server request and IP address.

This data will not be merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or of pre-contractual measures.

Your Rights

You are categorically entitled to the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
