Very useful VOCDOT - could this be ANSI?

The release notes do not mention the introduction of the new VOCDOT recogniser. We only just noticed it.

It looks as though it could be a really, really useful addition to Forth!

Is this a candidate for the ANSI standard?

This really one for Gerald, but note that recognisers are not yet standardised.
