How do we make a Linux .so library file using VFX64?

We vaguely recall being able to make .dll files in the bad old days - but we can't figure out how to make .so's.

Belay that - we have figured out how to do it. We can now make .so's in VFX that can be called from both C programs and other VFX programs.
