Is this a known Windows 7 x64 compatibility issue, and is VFX safe to use after dismissing the error?

Question

The error appears three times when VFX Forth 64 is started. After dismissing all three messages, VFX Forth starts normally and appears to work correctly. The 32-bit version does not produce this error on the same Windows 7 machine.
