Assuming that you are using Windows, the tool we use is Resource Hacker. An alternative is Program Icon Changer, which I have never tried.

Hello Mr. Pelc,

Thank you for the tip regarding Resource Hacker. I have actually used the tool for this before, but I always end up breaking the .exe file when I try to change the icon. This only seems to affect programs that were developed in Forth.

Is there a trick or a specific setting to prevent this from happening?
